Today I completed: Better upload and processing status experience Real upload progress In-app video preview RAW FOOTAGE / EDITED OUTPUT switching Improved error handling and recovery states Better retry flow for failed uploads/processing Cleaner user feedback during every stage of the edit The goal with v1.4 is not to overload VIVID with huge new features yet. It’s about strengthening the core experience first — upload, process, preview, recover, and download.
