A change in how I’m building VIVID.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been testing different executive roles and working styles as I build the early team behind VIVID.
After evaluating the current situation, I’ve decided not to appoint any Chief-level positions for now.
Some people have moved on, and some commitments were not consistent enough for the stage VIVID is currently at.
Instead of forcing an executive structure too early, I’m going back to a simpler approach:
Build first. Prove the product. Then build the team around what VIVID actually needs.
For now, I’ll continue working directly on VIVID and bring in people or specialists when a specific project requires them.
Later, when VIVID reaches the right stage, I’ll reopen the search for the right executives — with clearer responsibilities, expectations, commitment, and terms from day one.
This isn't a step backward.
It's a reminder that building a company is also about knowing when NOT to build too much structure too early.
Back to building. 🚀
VIVID is still moving forward.
