Over the last two days, HUQAN has been moving from a memory and graph layer toward an agent security layer. The core idea is simple: before an AI agent runs a command, deletes a file, or sends a message to another agent, the action must pass through one control point. HUQAN either allows it or blocks it, and leaves behind a signed receipt. What landed: • A universal external action gate. Every external action is checked before execution. • Agent-to-agent traffic now passes through the same gate. One agent’s action can be linked to another agent’s receipt. • Persistent agent identity. The agent responsible for an action is recorded at the gate and in the receipt. • Graduated autonomy. As trust falls, permissions narrow. As trust rises, they expand. • Post-action anomaly quarantine. When behavior drifts, the agent is automatically restricted. • The agent cannot disable its own gate👊. Writes to the gate’s control plane are blocked. • Ed25519-signed capability cards. Receipts can be verified cryptographically, and the gate stays closed if signature verification fails. • An installation pipeline that rejects unloadable installations, then loads and verifies valid ones in a separate process. ✨ Turning a client’s idea into a complete website! I’m excited to share a website I recently designed and developed for a Homeopathic Clinic. 🌿 The goal was to create a clean and professional online presence where visitors could easily explore the clinic, services, credentials, and appointment details. 💻 What I worked on: • Clean & professional UI • Appointment & contact sections • Certificates & credentials • Smooth animations and interactions • Mobile-friendly design 🛠️ Built with: HTML, CSS & JavaScript 💡 The Challenge One of the biggest challenges was making multiple sections, animations, navigation, and interactive elements work together smoothly without causing unexpected behaviour across the website. Another challenge was making the two “Book Appointment” buttons work differently — one scrolling to the appointment section and the other opening the form as a popup. 🔧 The Solution I broke the issues down, identified conflicts between the CSS and JavaScript, tested each section individually, and refined the logic and styling until everything worked smoothly. I also adjusted the button logic so both appointment actions worked as intended. The last few weeks building LetAEO.com have been intense. What started as an idea around AI search visibility has turned into something much more focused. LetAEO isn’t claiming to have invented AEO, GEO, AI visibility tracking, or website auditing. There are already some very good platforms operating in this space. But while researching them, I kept noticing the same thing: "Most tools are very good at telling you what to do next." Improve this page. Create this content. Fix this gap. Optimise for this query. Some are even moving towards agents that can make those changes automatically. But I kept coming back to one question: "Why?" Why should I change this page? What evidence says this is actually the problem? What happens if I spend £500, £5,000 or 50 hours fixing the wrong thing? That became the principle behind LetAEO: "Know why before you act." The platform is being built around an evidence → diagnosis → decision → action workflow. Instead of jumping from a visibility score straight into recommendations, LetAEO is designed to show the evidence, explain the diagnosis, and make the reasoning inspectable 'before' asking you to spend time or money acting on it. It sounds like a small difference. I increasingly think it’s the most important one. Because the expensive part of optimisation isn’t finding another task to do. The hesitation had been sitting there much longer. A sales manager at an anonymous retail and wholesale distribution business in Accra had a real concern before sharing data. He believed the higher-ups would not take the findings seriously. Decisions were mainly being made based on feelings, gut, and experience. Data was recorded, but more for recording’s sake than decision-making. So we worked with the last three months of their data through the Free Insight Drop. After the report, we had a meeting on the findings, the changes to consider, and the observations to take into the next quarter. One finding gave him breathing room. One of his most productive employees had moved away, and the business had not matched his output since. But monthly targets kept increasing without replacing that output. The manager was excited because the report made the pressure visible. The higher-ups still did not take it seriously. That can happen. But a sales manager cannot take vague concern into a planning conversation. He can take evidence from his own sales data. Today, I officially concluded my research. What started as an idea and a problem I thought I understood has taken me much deeper than I initially expected. Instead of jumping straight into building, I decided to step back and actually speak with the people involved. I reached out to 130+ online vendors through WhatsApp, calls, surveys, and a few in-person conversations. I also spoke with 100+ buyers through physical conversations, surveys, and WhatsApp. That’s 230+ people. But honestly, the number isn't the most important part. What matters most is how much my perspective changed throughout the process. When you look at a problem from the outside, it can seem simple. But when you start speaking to the people experiencing it, asking questions, comparing different experiences, challenging your assumptions, and looking for patterns, you begin to realize that there is much more beneath the surface. And that was exactly what I wanted from this research. I wasn't looking for people to simply tell me, “Yes, that's a good idea.” I wanted to know: Is this actually a problem? How do people experience it? What am I missing? And most importantly, am I even looking at the problem the right way? Some conversations confirmed what I initially believed. Others challenged it. And some completely changed the way I looked at the problem. One of the biggest lessons I've taken from this is: Don't fall in love with the solution before you understand the problem. I'm coming out of this research with a much deeper understanding than I had when I started. Over the next few days, I'll share some of the lessons and realizations that came from this journey. For now, I'm simply glad I took the time to do the work instead of rushing to build. Research concluded. Now comes the interesting part. One thing I’ve learned from eBay: a product doesn’t need a high selling price to be a good product. This listing is a perfect example — 430 sales at an average selling price of just £3.64, generating around £1,563 in sales. The real opportunity in eCommerce is often hidden in products that look “too cheap” at first glance. What matters is demand × sales volume × competition × margin. A £3–£5 product selling consistently can be far more valuable than a £30 product that barely moves. Don’t judge a product by its price. Art. 14 — approval boundaries and human-review escalation support a human-oversight control surface. Art. 15 — deterministic verification, contradiction checks, the action firewall and isolation can help address specific accuracy, robustness and action-safety risks. Arts. 17–20 and 26 — audit and re-verification records can feed quality and deployer processes, but do not replace QMS, incident reporting or deployer obligations. GDPR: local-first operation, workspace isolation and bounded audit metadata can support minimisation, security and accountability. The last two days were a big step forward for VIVID. I moved VIVID's backend data from local SQLite to Supabase PostgreSQL, making the foundation much more scalable and persistent. What I worked on: 🔹 Migrated existing VIVID data to Supabase 🔹 Connected the backend to Supabase PostgreSQL 🔹 Created Supabase Storage for persistent video uploads 🔹 Tested community example-video uploads 🔹 Fixed PostgreSQL sequence issues after migration 🔹 Tested feature-request creation with Supabase 🔹 Connected video URLs from Storage with feature requests 🔹 Updated the backend for Supabase Storage 🔹 Verified the frontend still builds successfully 🔹 Cleaned up Git tracking with a proper .gitignore 🔹 Committed and pushed the changes to GitHub The next step: redeploying the backend on Northflank and testing everything in production. Google Search Console now lets creators add their YouTube channel as a property. That matters because Search Console can show what people are searching for on Google when your channel or videos appear in search results. The setup is straightforward: Add your YouTube channel to Search Console → verify ownership → open Performance → export the data → import it into UploadPack. UploadPack can then use that private search data alongside your YouTube data, competitor research and wider web evidence when researching what you could publish next. So instead of only asking: “What are people searching for?” You can also ask: “What is Google already associating my channel with?” No separate GSC score. No keyword-stuffing. Just another useful piece of evidence when making a publishing decision.
