One mistake I see founders make again and again... They try to build something that everyone can use. more users, more features, more markets, more everything. But in the early stage, you dont need everyone. You need the right few people who actually have the problem and really want your solution. Find that audience first. Understand what they need, what makes them stay and what makes them pay. Once you solve a real problem for a small group, expanding becomes much easier. Trying to please everyone from day one usually means your product ends up being perfect for no one. Who is the one audience your product is actually built for?
