Just Launched: SnipBox – A Lightweight Code Snippet Manager for VS Code!

Hey everyone! 👋 I have built and officially launched a lightweight and handy VS Code extension called SnipBox, designed to help developers quickly manage, organize, and store their favorite code snippets right inside their workflow. Key Features: Snippet Title & Language: Give your code a custom title and select its programming language (Python, JavaScript, C++, etc.) from a clean dropdown menu. Code Storage & Quick Copy: Paste your frequently used code into the snippet box, save it securely into your vault, and instantly search or copy it whenever needed without leaving VS Code. How to Install & Use: Open VS Code and go to the Extensions icon on the sidebar (Ctrl+Shift+X). Search for "SnipBox" and click Install. Press Ctrl+Shift+P to open the Command Palette, type snipbox, and hit Enter to launch your snippet vault! It has already crossed 67 acquisitions, and I'm super excited to share it with the developer community! Please check it out and let me know your honest feedback, bugs, or suggestions to make it better

Building The Roots !

Today I Have learned about important topic "calculus" this is very important because when building the systems like robot arm so it minimize of the chance of getting errors and in hardware hacking and edge AI it increase its speed and invisible the problems/errors that's why making good position in calculus is necessary in Mechatronics + Hardware Hacking + Edge AI. Building UploadPack has reinforced something I think applies well beyond YouTube:

Evidence beats resemblance. Something looking comparable doesn’t make it a useful comparison. So UploadPack is being built to question the reference before allowing it to influence the conclusion. That can mean less certainty. But it also means more defensible decisions. Evidence before certainty.

Building Webset — an AI tool that redesigns any website right in your browser

I'm building a Chrome extension called Webset. Here's the idea: open any website, and Webset scans its HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Then you just tell it what you want changed — in plain English — and AI updates the page for you. No coding needed. What it can already do: > Click on any part of a webpage (a button, an image, a whole section) and just tell AI to remove it, restyle it, or fix it — no need to describe it in words > Change colors, fonts, layout, or text with simple prompts > Save multiple pages of the same website into one project, with the links between pages working automatically > Preview your redesign right inside the browser before downloading anything > Export everything as clean, ready-to-use files I've focused a lot on making it reliable — it never breaks or corrupts a page, even big ones, because the AI only writes small, safe changes instead of rewriting the whole thing from scratch. Still polishing things before launch. Would love feedback, and any feature you'd want to see.

Building SeliEly with my two daughters

I’ve been working on a new project called SeliEly together with my two daughters, who are 13 and 14. It started as an idea for a personal AI assistant that helps with everyday life — tasks, calendar, school, reminders and family organization. What makes this project special to me is that many of the ideas actually come from them. They tell me what they would use, what feels unnecessary, how features should work, and what an app for their generation should feel like. I turn those ideas into the product. We’ve also been experimenting with things like Skills, Rewards and separate teen/parent experiences. Still a work in progress, but it has been a really fun project to build together. Would love to hear what you think about the idea.

VIVID

VIVID 1.4 is live. Now I’m working on what comes next.

One thing I’ve learned from feedback is that good video editing isn’t just about removing silence. A professional editor knows when a pause is useless — and when that pause adds emotion, emphasis, or natural rhythm. That’s the direction I want to take VIVID. The goal is to build an Agentic AI Video Editor that edits more like a human, not a robotic tool that simply cuts everything. For VIVID 1.5, I’m starting to explore: Natural pause detection Smarter pacing Preserving meaningful pauses More human-like editing decisions If you edit videos or create content, I’d love to hear what makes an AI-edited video feel robotic to you. vividedit.online #AI #VideoEditing #Startup #BuildInPublic #Creators

Good competitor intelligence starts with choosing the right competitors.

UploadPack checks whether the YouTube channels you select are genuinely useful reference points across audience overlap, topic fit, format, channel scale and publishing pattern. A superficially similar channel shouldn’t automatically influence your strategy as heavily as a genuinely comparable one. Compare with context. Create with confidence. Evidence before certainty. Supporting creative I’ve created the six platform treatments above around the same campaign idea, while adapting the visual hierarchy and hook for each platform. #uploadpack #buildinpublic #youtubegrowth

VIVID

VIVID 1.4 is live — and I want real creators to try it

VIVID is an AI video editor built to remove silence, dead air, and unnecessary pauses so your videos feel faster, cleaner, and easier to watch. I’ve just released VIVID 1.4, and now I’m looking for creators, editors, podcasters, and agencies to test it and tell me what should improve next. With VIVID, you can: Upload your video Automatically remove silence and dead air Preview the cleaner edit Download the result Suggest features through the new Feature Demand Community Vote and comment on what VIVID should build next If you create video content, I’d really like you to try it. Try VIVID: vividedit.online If you test it, send me your feedback — even if something feels confusing, slow, or incomplete. That feedback will directly shape the next version. VIVID 1.4 Remove the dead air. Keep the momentum. hashtag#VIVID hashtag#AI hashtag#VideoEditing hashtag#Creators hashtag#BuildInPublic hashtag#Startup

I Used UploadPack to Decide What UploadPack Should Film Next

A slightly meta update from the build-in-public trenches. 😅 I’ve just published a new UploadPack YouTube video around a question I think far more creators should ask: How do you know which YouTube video idea is actually worth making? Not “Can AI give me 20 ideas?” Not “Which keyword has the biggest number?” But: Which idea actually deserves the time it takes to script, film and edit? That question is basically why I built UploadPack in the first place. And while using the platform on my own channel, I found several areas where the product itself could be clearer. So instead of ignoring them, I went back into the build. The latest updates include: 🚀 A much clearer “what should I make next?” workflow 🔍 Research-backed ideas now flow directly into the Pack builder 📦 Packs have been simplified so the decision comes first and technical data sits behind expandable sections 🧠 Copy across the site has been rewritten around what to make → why → how to execute it 🔥 A new Why UploadPack page explains the overlooked step before titles, thumbnails and SEO 🎥 The site now automatically features the latest UploadPack YouTube video ✅ More defensive checks have been added to stop broken or contradictory Pack outputs There’s something useful about building with your own product. You stop asking: “Does this feature work?” …and start asking: “Would I actually want to use this?” That second question is much harder — and much more valuable. Still building. Still finding things to fix. Still using UploadPack to test UploadPack. That’s exactly how I want to build it. What’s one thing you only discovered was wrong with your product after using it yourself? #BuildInPublic #SaaS #YouTube #CreatorTools #ProductDevelopment #IndieHacker #UploadPack

VIVID

VIVID 1.4 is officially LIVE. 🚀

I wanted this release out fast — not to make you wait since said 2 days. Over the last few days, I’ve been building, testing, fixing, securing, and shipping VIVID 1.4 with one goal: make VIVID feel less like a project and more like a real product. What’s new in VIVID 1.4: Feature Demand Community — users can submit ideas, vote, comment, and help shape what VIVID builds next Public product roadmap: New → Under Review → Planned → In Development → Released Admin controls for managing community requests Persistent community data Refined VIVID branding and UI Improved support and legal pages Production security improvements More stable backend and deployment setup VIVID started with a simple idea: Remove the dead air. Keep the momentum. But the long-term vision is much bigger — smarter AI editing, faster workflows, and eventually an editing system that understands what creators actually want to make. I also wanted to prove something to myself with this release: You don’t have to wait forever to ship. Build fast. Test fast. Learn fast. Improve fast. VIVID 1.4 is shipped. Now the real part begins: getting it into users’ hands, listening more feedbacks, and building VIVID 1.5. Create. Improve. Publish. Promote. www.vividedit.online — VIVID ⚡

VIVID

Built more of VIVID v1.4 today.

Focused on making the product feel cleaner, more reliable, and more like a real AI editing platform. Today I completed: Better upload and processing status experience Real upload progress In-app video preview RAW FOOTAGE / EDITED OUTPUT switching Improved error handling and recovery states Better retry flow for failed uploads/processing Cleaner user feedback during every stage of the edit The goal with v1.4 is not to overload VIVID with huge new features yet. It’s about strengthening the core experience first — upload, process, preview, recover, and download. Next: finish the remaining v1.4 polish, then move deeper into v1.5 editing quality. www.vividedit.online Create. Improve. Publish. Promote. #AI #BuildInPublic #VIVID
