What founders here are building, shipping, and asking today.
Today I didn’t get much development done on HUQAN. Instead, I connected it to the agents I actually use: Claude Code and Codex. At first, everything looked great. Every risky action went through HUQAN and the agents asked for permission. Then they kept asking. And asking. After a while, it became so annoying that I turned HUQAN off. The strange part? They kept asking for permission anyway. So now I’m trying to figure out why the agents are still behaving as if HUQAN is watching them, even when it’s switched off. I wanted to keep the agents under control. I may have overdone it a little. 🤖 HUQAN trained the agents in two hours. Now they ask permission out of habit. #BuildInPublic #AI #AIAgents #AgentSecurity #OpenSource #HUQAN
You're Not Selling a Product. You're Selling a Way Out of a Problem.
Most founders pitch features. The best founders pitch relief. Nobody wakes up excited about "an AI-powered dashboard" or "a new automation tool." They wake up tired of losing leads, drowning in manual work, or watching conversions flatline. When you build something, you aren't just shipping code—you're lifting a heavy weight off someone's shoulders. Focus less on how cool your tech stack is, and more on how fast you can make their headache disappear. What are you building today to solve a real pain point? Let's talk about it below. 👇 #BuildInPublic #IndieHackers #ProductManagement #SaaS #StartupLife
Today I’m focusing on an issue that isn’t widely recognised at the moment but will cause major headaches as regulations tighten. Are we on the right track, Harrison? And, unfortunately, I’m not very good at marketing and positioning.
Building MindBot: Interactive Quiz Portal with Animated SVG Mascot 🤖
Just wrapped up building and deploying my new project — MindBot! 🚀 It’s a responsive dark-themed quiz & riddle portal featuring an ASIMO-inspired SVG mascot that reacts dynamically to gameplay (happy jumps for right answers & victory dance for winning 🎉). Key Highlights: • Custom SVG Robot with electric cyan accents & CSS animations • Dual modes: Quiz Box (Trivia) & Game Box (Riddles) • Multi-color gradient progress tracking & victory confetti • Built with HTML5, CSS3, & Vanilla JS (Deployed on GitHub Pages) Try it out here: https://samrasohail140-cmyk.github.io/MindBot/ Would love to get your thoughts & feedback! 💡 ##webdevelopment
Love the ASIMO-inspired SVG and the interactive feedback loop! Adding dynamic reactions for right answers makes the whole quiz experience way more engaging🤗

Over the last two days, HUQAN has been moving from a memory and graph layer toward an agent security layer. The core idea is simple: before an AI agent runs a command, deletes a file, or sends a message to another agent, the action must pass through one control point. HUQAN either allows it or blocks it, and leaves behind a signed receipt. What landed: • A universal external action gate. Every external action is checked before execution. • Agent-to-agent traffic now passes through the same gate. One agent’s action can be linked to another agent’s receipt. • Persistent agent identity. The agent responsible for an action is recorded at the gate and in the receipt. • Graduated autonomy. As trust falls, permissions narrow. As trust rises, they expand. • Post-action anomaly quarantine. When behavior drifts, the agent is automatically restricted. • The agent cannot disable its own gate👊. Writes to the gate’s control plane are blocked. • Ed25519-signed capability cards. Receipts can be verified cryptographically, and the gate stays closed if signature verification fails. • An installation pipeline that rejects unloadable installations, then loads and verifies valid ones in a separate process. The result is a clear security boundary for agentic systems: identity, policy, autonomy, monitoring, and cryptographic evidence in one flow. #HUQAN #AutonomousAgents
Solid architecture shift. That single gate with Ed25519-signed receipts and self-preservation lock is a game-changer for multi-agent safety. Graduated trust and auto-quarantine make it production-ready. Huge ship! 🛡️
Thank you, Harrison, for your kind words. All of this is part of the preparations for a platform where artificial intelligence systems can operate safely. Our aim is to establish an infrastructure in which artificial intelligence systems can operate safely.🎯
Another day of building VIVID. 🚀
Today wasn’t about adding random features. I worked on making the foundation stronger. 🧠 Improved the VIVID 1.4 Decision Engine 🎬 Added smarter video-type and editing-strategy decisions 🔇 Improved silence/dead-air handling ☁️ Connected processed videos with persistent Supabase Storage 📥 Built persistent video download handling 🗄️ Improved video database persistence 🧪 Tested the new processing flow locally 🔧 Prepared the backend for the next stage of VIVID There’s still work to finish on the production side, but the foundation is getting stronger. Slowly building VIVID into something much bigger. ⚡ More coming tomorrow. 👀 www.vividedit.online #VIVID #BuildInPublic #IndieHacker
Massive respect for focusing on the foundation instead of chasing flashy features. Strengthening the decision engine and getting Supabase storage locked down is where the real compounding happens. Keep shipping🤗
Over the past couple of days, we’ve decided to take our SEO and GEO work one step further. Alongside that, we’ve made multiple bug fixes and improvements, including several issues and suggestions brought to us by members of the Cohort 1 Founder Room. To everyone who has taken the time to give us feedback, share an opinion, report a bug or simply have a look around FlowPulse, thank you. We genuinely couldn’t ask for anything better at this stage. We’re actively building and improving FlowPulse based on what real users and founders tell us. Feel free to take a look at the web app and give us your opinion. Every bit of feedback is genuinely valued. #Web3 & Crypto
Love seeing how FlowPulse is evolving based on direct founder feedback. Getting that validation and keeping the iteration loop tied to real user insights makes all the difference. Keep crushing it!
Great progress, Ryan! 🚀 Love seeing FlowPulse grow through real user feedback. Keep building! 👏
Working with clients saves us from wasting unnecessary effort. The draft we have devised and developed is sufficient as it stands, whilst clients enable us to fine-tune it further.

Using AI agents? Give them a shared memory. **levh** gives AI coding agents persistent, shared context across sessions — local-first, MCP-native, and self-curating. Try it with your AI agents today. **Star the repo, test it, and tell me what breaks.** GitHub: https://github.com/ali-ulu/levh #levh
Great idea! Shared memory can make AI agents much more consistent and effective across sessions. 🚀
@Syeda_Rimsha One of its most remarkable features is that it mimics human memory. Information that is used comes to the fore, whilst information that is not used begins to fade over time, but is not erased.
@aliulu That’s a really smart way to handle memory—very similar to how our brain works! 🧠✨

What Life Taught Me About People, Money & Growth
One thing I’ve learned through my own experience is that people’s behavior can change when your circumstances change. When you have nothing, you learn who genuinely values you — and when you start growing, you learn who only values what you have. I’ve also learned that success doesn’t happen overnight. There are days when you feel lost, ignored, or even left behind. But those moments teach you patience, discipline, and self-reliance. Life taught me three things: • Don’t chase people who don’t value you. • Don’t let temporary struggles define your future. • Keep building yourself, even when nobody is watching. At the end of the day, your biggest competition is the person you were yesterday. Keep learning. Keep building. Keep moving. 🚀 #LifeLessons #PersonalGrowth #SelfGrowth #Mindset #SuccessJourney #Entrepreneurship #Motivation #Learning #Discipline #GrowthMindset
Don't let temporary struggles define your future." — Spot on! 🎯 Totally agree that your biggest competition is always who you were yesterday. Great insights! ✨
The sentence that resonated with me the most was: Don’t chase people who don’t value you 🎯It’s such a simple sentence, but there’s a lot of truth in it.
The hardest part about losing everything isn’t the loss itself. It’s finding out who disappears when you have nothing left to offer. Money can be earned again, and success can be rebuilt. But it’s during your hardest times that you discover who truly values you for who you are — not for what you have.
🔥 AI vs Photoshop vs Canva — The Battle of Creativity! 🎨🤖 AI can create in seconds, Photoshop gives you control, and Canva makes design simple and accessible. But at the end of the day, the tool is only as powerful as the person using it. 💡 Which one is your favorite? 👇 🤖 AI | 🖥️ Photoshop | 🎨 Canva #GraphicDesign #AI #Photoshop #Canva #Design #AIDesign #CreativeDesign #Designer #DigitalDesign #DesignCommunity
But here’s the twist: AI can use Photoshop, Canva, and other creative tools together. 🤯

✨ Turning a client’s idea into a complete website! I’m excited to share a website I recently designed and developed for a Homeopathic Clinic. 🌿 The goal was to create a clean and professional online presence where visitors could easily explore the clinic, services, credentials, and appointment details. 💻 What I worked on: • Clean & professional UI • Appointment & contact sections • Certificates & credentials • Smooth animations and interactions • Mobile-friendly design 🛠️ Built with: HTML, CSS & JavaScript 💡 The Challenge One of the biggest challenges was making multiple sections, animations, navigation, and interactive elements work together smoothly without causing unexpected behaviour across the website. Another challenge was making the two “Book Appointment” buttons work differently — one scrolling to the appointment section and the other opening the form as a popup. 🔧 The Solution I broke the issues down, identified conflicts between the CSS and JavaScript, tested each section individually, and refined the logic and styling until everything worked smoothly. I also adjusted the button logic so both appointment actions worked as intended. This project strengthened my problem-solving, debugging, and front-end development skills while working with a real-world requirement. 🔗 Live Website: [https://student-dev143.github.io/medical-website/] Building. Debugging. Improving. One project at a time. 💻✨ #FrontendDeveloper #WebDevelopment #HTML #CSS #JavaScript #ClientProject #WebDesign
@Syeda_RimshaThe main issue is that the bottom image overlaps and cuts off the last line of text on mobile screens. Left-aligning the paragraph instead of centering it, moving the floating social icons to a fixed bottom bar, and fixing the header's capitalization will immediately clean up the layout. Rewriting the body text to eliminate repetitive phrasing will also make it sound far more natural and professional.🙂
@aliulu Thanks for the detailed feedback! I understand what you mean. Regarding the image overlapping the last line on mobile, I haven’t noticed this issue on my end so far, as the layout is working responsively for me. However, I’ll definitely check it again across different mobile screen sizes to make sure everything is properly aligned. For the other points, we did consider the overall layout and responsiveness while designing it, but the final implementation also followed the client’s requirements and preferences. As for the social icons, placing only two icons at the bottom looked a little awkward and unbalanced, so we kept them on the side to maintain a cleaner layout. If it were entirely our own project, we might make some different design choices, but for a client project, we have to balance our design decisions with the client’s requirements. 🙂
@Syeda_Rimsha Yes, development and customer sync are important. But I’d move the WhatsApp button to the bottom right, and put the Instagram icon in the footer instead.
@aliulu Yes, that’s a really good suggestion! 👍 We’ll consider making those changes. Also, regarding the picture overlapping the last line, could you please send us a screenshot of how it appears on your screen? It looks fine on our end, so the screenshot will help us identify and fix the issue. 🙂
@Syeda_Rimsha I took a screenshot on mobile, but unfortunately, this chat doesn’t support uploading images here. The overlap issue is visible in the mobile screenshot.🚀
Great work! 👏 Turning a real client idea into a functional, responsive website is a solid achievement. 💻✨ Which AI tool do you use most for web development? 🤖
@emankhan Thank you so much! 👏 I mostly use ChatGPT for brainstorming, debugging, and improving my code. It really helps me learn and build faster while keeping the development process my own. 💗
@Syeda_Rimsha Absolutely! 💗 Using AI as a learning partner while keeping your own thinking and development process is the best approach. 👏

I Built LetAEO Because AEO Tools Were Giving Me Answers Before Giving Me Reasons
The last few weeks building LetAEO.com have been intense. What started as an idea around AI search visibility has turned into something much more focused. LetAEO isn’t claiming to have invented AEO, GEO, AI visibility tracking, or website auditing. There are already some very good platforms operating in this space. But while researching them, I kept noticing the same thing: "Most tools are very good at telling you what to do next." Improve this page. Create this content. Fix this gap. Optimise for this query. Some are even moving towards agents that can make those changes automatically. But I kept coming back to one question: "Why?" Why should I change this page? What evidence says this is actually the problem? What happens if I spend £500, £5,000 or 50 hours fixing the wrong thing? That became the principle behind LetAEO: "Know why before you act." The platform is being built around an evidence → diagnosis → decision → action workflow. Instead of jumping from a visibility score straight into recommendations, LetAEO is designed to show the evidence, explain the diagnosis, and make the reasoning inspectable 'before' asking you to spend time or money acting on it. It sounds like a small difference. I increasingly think it’s the most important one. Because the expensive part of optimisation isn’t finding another task to do. It’s confidently knowing you’re working on the 'right task.' There’s still plenty to build, test and improve, but over the last few weeks LetAEO has gone from an interesting idea to a product philosophy I genuinely believe in: Measure first. Diagnose second. Act third. That’s the journey so far. 👉 LetAEO.com #LetAEO #AEO #GEO #AISEO
Such a crucial distinction! Most tools just hand you a massive checklist without showing the actual reasoning behind it. Focusing on evidence and diagnosis first changes everything. Love this product philosophy
You’re not just doing things for the sake of it; you’re creating things that are genuinely useful, Conor 👏
Strong approach—evidence before action makes LetAEO stand out. “Know why before you act” is a powerful product philosophy. 🔥
Really like the evidence-first approach. Knowing why before taking action can make optimisation much more effective. 👏
Measure first, diagnose second, act third" — this is such a powerful product philosophy! 🎯 Knowing the 'why' before spending time and resources fixing something makes all the difference. Love the vision behind LetAEO! 🚀
