Ever wondered how a light turns on when someone walks nearby? Many automatic lights use a PIR sensor to detect changes in infrared radiation. Here's the process: 🔍 The sensor detects a change. ⚡ An electronic circuit processes its signal. 💡 A switching circuit activates the light. ⏱️ A timer can turn it off after a delay. This is automation in action: technology detecting a change in the environment and responding automatically. Three bad competitor choices can poison a good YouTube recommendation.
UploadPack lets you pick three channels to compare. That choice stays with you. The app now checks the quality of the comparison before trusting it. Audience overlap. Topic fit. Format. Channel scale. Publishing pattern. A 2M-subscriber entertainment channel can distort the picture for a 20k-subscriber expert channel, even when both publish on YouTube. Weak comparisons now carry less weight. Competitor research can look precise while being built on the wrong reference points. I want UploadPack to show the evidence behind a recommendation, including when the evidence is weak. Evidence before certainty.
Sometimes, Silence Is the Next Step
Some places don't stay with us for very long, but they become meaningful parts of a particular chapter in our journey. Snikus has been one of those places for me. While sharing HUQAN here, I had the chance to think not only about what I was building, but also about why I was building it. Reading about other founders, their ideas, their struggles, and sometimes even their simple everyday thoughts became part of that journey. Now I have another chapter ahead of me that will require more of my time and attention. So I’ll probably be much quieter here for a while. Thank you to everyone I met here — those who shared ideas, asked questions, offered support, or simply followed along quietly. Not every path continues in the same place. But the meaningful encounters along the way don't lose their meaning when our paths change. I wish everyone here the best with whatever you're building

A modern, responsive website with clean sections, navigation and interactive features. 🔹 What challenge did I face? Some elements didn’t behave as expected across different layouts and interactions. 🔹 How did I solve it? By debugging step-by-step, improving the CSS and JavaScript, and testing across different screen sizes. HUQAN Today I didn’t get much development done on HUQAN. Instead, I connected it to the agents I actually use: Claude Code and Codex. At first, everything looked great. Every risky action went through HUQAN and the agents asked for permission. Then they kept asking. And asking. After a while, it became so annoying that I turned HUQAN off. The strange part? They kept asking for permission anyway. So now I’m trying to figure out why the agents are still behaving as if HUQAN is watching them, even when it’s switched off. I wanted to keep the agents under control. I may have overdone it a little. 🤖 HUQAN trained the agents in two hours. Opening your IDE before touching a piece of paper. 🛑 If you don't map the system architecture first, you aren't engineering—you're just gambling with magic smoke. 🔌⚡ Before writing a single line of code, trace the full pipeline: • Sensor to Microcontroller: How is data moving? (I²C, SPI, UART, or raw ADC?) Know your sample rates, bus bandwidth, and bottlenecks *before* wiring it up. 📡 • The AI Inference Engine: Where does the model live? Check your RAM, Flash, and clock cycles. Quantize and prune your weights to fit the edge—don’t force a cloud model onto a tiny MCU. 🧠 • Fix the Logic on Paper: Debugging data flow, memory buffers, and state machines on a whiteboard takes 5 minutes. Debugging them via serial monitor after a failed flash takes 5 hours. ✏️ Hardware hacking and edge AI live at the intersection of strict physics and fragile code. Get the physics and logic right on paper first. Over the last two days, HUQAN has been moving from a memory and graph layer toward an agent security layer. The core idea is simple: before an AI agent runs a command, deletes a file, or sends a message to another agent, the action must pass through one control point. HUQAN either allows it or blocks it, and leaves behind a signed receipt. What landed: • A universal external action gate. Every external action is checked before execution. • Agent-to-agent traffic now passes through the same gate. One agent’s action can be linked to another agent’s receipt. • Persistent agent identity. The agent responsible for an action is recorded at the gate and in the receipt. • Graduated autonomy. As trust falls, permissions narrow. As trust rises, they expand. • Post-action anomaly quarantine. When behavior drifts, the agent is automatically restricted. • The agent cannot disable its own gate👊. Writes to the gate’s control plane are blocked. • Ed25519-signed capability cards. Receipts can be verified cryptographically, and the gate stays closed if signature verification fails. • An installation pipeline that rejects unloadable installations, then loads and verifies valid ones in a separate process. The result is a clear security boundary for agentic systems: identity, policy, autonomy, monitoring, and cryptographic evidence in one flow. #HUQAN #AutonomousAgents
