Today, I focused on strengthening the VIVID admin infrastructure and improving the video management workflow. What I worked on today: • Connected the Admin Videos section with the backend • Replaced demo video data with real backend records • Implemented permanent video deletion • Added video status tracking for Processing and Completed videos • Improved video search and admin management • Tested the API and database flow to make sure changes persist after refresh • Investigated a temporary production API/CORS issue • Continued planning VIVID’s future user accounts and automatic video history I'm deliberately building VIVID in stages — getting the foundation right before adding more complex features. 🚀VIVID Beta is also live. Today I made another big step forward with VIVID Here’s what I worked on today: ✅ Connected and tested the VIVID backend ✅ Fixed the CORS connection issue between the website and backend ✅ Built and connected the Users management system ✅ Added user creation and deletion ✅ Connected the Feedback system ✅ Built the Products / Plans management system ✅ Added product creation, editing, and deletion ✅ Tested the video upload & processing API ✅ Successfully tested the backend through the API documentation ✅ Continued preparing VIVID for the next development stage I'm intentionally building VIVID in stages. Today was less about adding flashy features and more about making the backend actually reliable. 🔧 Fixed the VIVID FastAPI backend deployment 🗄️ Added the Products database model and API 📦 Built Products CRUD — Create, Read, Update & Delete 🧪 Tested product persistence 💬 Fixed the feedback deletion persistence issue 💾 Learned how persistent storage works with Northflank 📁 Moved the SQLite database onto a persistent `/data` volume 🌐 Debugged CORS errors and deployment failures 🧠 Learned how to read server logs and actually diagnose backend problems One of today's biggest lessons: A feature working in the UI doesn't necessarily mean the backend is working correctly. Today I got deeper into understanding the full flow: Frontend → API → Database → Persistent Storage 🚀 Now I'm looking for beta testers for VIVID V2.0.
