Today I made another big step forward with VIVID Here’s what I worked on today: ✅ Connected and tested the VIVID backend ✅ Fixed the CORS connection issue between the website and backend ✅ Built and connected the Users management system ✅ Added user creation and deletion ✅ Connected the Feedback system ✅ Built the Products / Plans management system ✅ Added product creation, editing, and deletion ✅ Tested the video upload & processing API ✅ Successfully tested the backend through the API documentation ✅ Continued preparing VIVID for the next development stage I'm intentionally building VIVID in stages. SafeMyID is getting closer to its official launch. Over the next few days, I’ll be starting the first TestFlight beta with a small group of testers. SafeMyID helps people understand and protect their digital identity — including data breaches, exposed credentials, websites, domains, usernames, and other security risks. The beta will initially focus on iPhone and iPad. ⌚ SafeMyID for Apple Watch is also planned and coming soon. Today was less about adding flashy features and more about making the backend actually reliable. 🔧 Fixed the VIVID FastAPI backend deployment 🗄️ Added the Products database model and API 📦 Built Products CRUD — Create, Read, Update & Delete 🧪 Tested product persistence 💬 Fixed the feedback deletion persistence issue 💾 Learned how persistent storage works with Northflank 📁 Moved the SQLite database onto a persistent `/data` volume 🌐 Debugged CORS errors and deployment failures 🧠 Learned how to read server logs and actually diagnose backend problems One of today's biggest lessons: A feature working in the UI doesn't necessarily mean the backend is working correctly. Today I got deeper into understanding the full flow: Frontend → API → Database → Persistent Storage 🚀 Now I'm looking for beta testers for VIVID V2.0. I want to build V2.0 around real user feedback instead of guessing what people want.
