VIVID

Built and fixed a lot of VIVID today. 🚀

Today was less about adding flashy features and more about making the backend actually reliable. 🔧 Fixed the VIVID FastAPI backend deployment 🗄️ Added the Products database model and API 📦 Built Products CRUD — Create, Read, Update & Delete 🧪 Tested product persistence 💬 Fixed the feedback deletion persistence issue 💾 Learned how persistent storage works with Northflank 📁 Moved the SQLite database onto a persistent `/data` volume 🌐 Debugged CORS errors and deployment failures 🧠 Learned how to read server logs and actually diagnose backend problems One of today's biggest lessons: A feature working in the UI doesn't necessarily mean the backend is working correctly. Today I got deeper into understanding the full flow: Frontend → API → Database → Persistent Storage 🚀 Now I'm looking for beta testers for VIVID V2.0. I want to build V2.0 around real user feedback instead of guessing what people want. If you'd like to test VIVID and share what you liked, what frustrated you, and what features you'd want in V2.0, I'd love to hear from you. https://www.vividedit.online Still building VIVID step by step — learning by actually building. Tomorrow, we build more. ⚡

Starting My Journey in Data & Technology

👋 Hello, Snikus! I’m Muhammad Abdullah, a BS Data Science student at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, passionate about Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Software Development. My journey so far has been focused on learning through both academic and practical projects. I’ve been developing my skills in Python, SQL, C#, Data Analysis, and Machine Learning, while continuously exploring new technologies and ways to solve real-world problems through data and software. I’ve also had the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship at CodeAlpha, where I worked with technologies and concepts related to Python, R, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow. I’m joining Snikus to learn from other builders, connect with like-minded people, share what I’m working on, and document my growth in the world of technology and data. Looking forward to learning, building, and growing with the community. 🚀 Let’s connect and build something meaningful!
